This May 20,2020, cyclone 'AMPHAN' destroyed the lives of countless in coastal West Bengal, Odisha, and Bangladesh. The scale of the devastation is so unprecedented that the relief and rescue efforts on the ground are struggling to cope with the enormity of the situation.
Although it is only a brief time after the COVID-19 fundraiser, we appealed to the SAIKAT family for help again to assist those most severely affected. Thanks to the prompt donations from our beloved members with an additional contribution from SAIKAT’s annual operating fund, donation of $9500 has been disbursed to MUKTI, KOLKATA FOUNDATION, RAMAKRISHNA MISSION & BHARAT SEVASHRAM.
